This course is a study of basic writing and different modes of composition and may include a review of usage. It also covers the application of basic reading skills to improve critical comprehension and higher order thinking skills. Note: Students who successfully complete this course should not enroll in ENG 100 or RDG 100. Prerequisite(s): RWR 012 and RWR 032, or ENG 012 and ENG 032, and RDG 012 and RDG 032, or appropriate placement test scores. (3/0)
